Our first set of butterflies kept themselves "busy" in the habitat until they could be released finally (delayed due to the cold weather).
After releasing them I noted a big bunch of eggs on the sugar water and decided to try my hand at rearing them from eggs.
It took a little while to get the caterpillar meal, but I was still able to get four good chrysalids and butterflies. We decided not to go for a third round and released the butterflies the one (and only) warm weekend we have had thus far.
